Strength and Conditioning Program for Kids

This program is targeted for high school athletes (13-17).Youth Strength and Conditioning is essential for getting your child to reach their true potential. This will give your child a great advantage and will help to build a strong foundation of agility, speed, endurance, power, strength, and flexibility. This program takes athletes through a proper progression of exercises to build power, strengthen muscles and increase endurance.
